2024 Rates

High-Season Rates (June 30-Aug 31)

Nightly $250 plus tax
Weekly $1400 plus tax
3 nights minimum, site fee included. These rates do not include the dates of CBMF (July 4-8)

Low-Season Rates (June 22 -June 29 & Sep 1-Sep 10)

Nightly $200 plus tax
Weekly $1100 plus tax
2 nights minimum, site fee included.

Off-Season Rates ( prior to June 22 & after Sep 10)

$100 plus tax per night, site fee included, 2 nights minimum.

Check in time: after 3 pm

Check out time before 10 am

Policies

Booking Policy:

Reservation Guarantee Deposit :A $400 deposit is required to secure the reservation at the time of booking. Deposits can be made by Interac E-transfer to amnhzyr@gmail.com, The deposit can be applied to your remaining balance when you check in, payment is due before your arrive date.

Cancellation Policy:

A 30 days advantage notification of cancellation is required, and the deposit will be full refunded to you, Cancellation with less than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit . No refund for early departures.

Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.
